My holistic wellness journey started after I had my daughter. I realized I just never felt great, was tired of being tired and wanted my old energy levels back. I started working with some great natural health practitioners who taught me some simple but effective things, and I made some changes and progress. Until life continued to happen, and I fell back into my old habits. Sound familiar? Cause yea I get it!
In the throws of COVID. I realized I wasn’t living to my full potential (again). My sleep patterns were terrible. I was eating terrible. I was drinking too much alcohol and caffeine. My acne was spiraling out of control. My PMS was out of this world and I was just done. So back to the drawing board I went. I hired the right people and began making positive small changes that actually stuck. Those lead to much bigger changes that stuck. And while every day is not perfect. I’m doing better than ever.
During this time, I realized this was calling to me more than I could have imagined. I wanted to help other people approach their health in realistic ways, because so much of diet culture is fear mongering and frankly annoying. I studied at Nutraphoria School of Holistic Nutrition and became certified as a Holistic Nutritionist.
Now I help people make small changes in their lives that make big impacts. I help people balance hormones, lose weight, gain energy and overall feel better. With holistic nutrition, I look at your life as a whole. I evaluate where you can make changes, whether that be in diet to help lower your symptoms of menopause or in finding the perfect nighttime routine to help eliminate stress in your daily life, we work together to build a lifestyle that works for you long term.
